11.3 no666's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits no666's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
